Maria R. Gamper joined BOVARO Partners in 2004. Prior to joining BOVARO Partners, Ms. Gamper was a Marketing Assistant and Corporate Administrator for four years with a private stevedoring company in the Port of Baltimore where she was responsible for market research and analysis, preparation of corporate presentations and reports, coordination of insurance & workers’ compensation claims and lease administration for pier facilities. From 1978 to 1987 Ms. Gamper was a Commercial Mortgage Underwriter with PaineWebber Mortgage Finance (previously known as James W. Rouse & Co., Inc, the mortgage banking subsidiary of The Rouse Company and currently known as Columbia National Real Estate Finance). Establishing and maintaining client relationships with developers and correspondent relationships with institutional investors facilitated her responsibilities that included originating, processing and closing debt and equity financing for commercial real estate properties. By gubernatorial appointment Ms. Gamper served on the Maryland State Board of Architects for seven years, was a founding member of the Baltimore Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women, Inc. and served as an instructor for the Realtors Institute of Maryland and the Building Owners and Managers Institute.

Ms. Gamper graduated from Sweet Briar College with an A.B. in Economics.
